What is your Happiness Guarantee?
The Happiness Guarantee ensures that we will do what it takes for you to be satisfied with your purchase, whatever it takes. If you're not happy, we'll help you return or exchange. If your decor got scratched, we'll replace it. Dog chewed up your journal, we'll replace it. Read more here
How long should it take to get my order?
We package orders usually within 24 hours but it can take 3-5 days if things get busy. Our Shipping Policy is briefly stated below. Please read it in full here.
For economy shipping, the expectation is usually 5-7 days.
For Priority shipping, the expectation is 3-5 days.
*Note: Once we deliver packages to the carrier, shipping times are out of our control. We do our best to package all orders in a timely manner and get them to the carrier as fast as possible. Please contact your carrier if your package is delayed more than expected.
What is your return/refund policy?

Currently we only ship to the USA and Canada.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged or defective?
Please contact our Customer Happiness Team and a member will get back to you right away to make things right.
How do I make changes to an order I've already made?
Please contact a representative of our Customer Happiness Team and we'll be glad to help you in any way we can. We usually try and get orders out in 24 hours so the earlier the better. Once an order is shipped we cannot make changes to it and a new order will need to be place.
